Our Process
Discovery Workshop
We give great importance to discovery call and do in-depth questionnaire of the brand, competitor review, design and customer. In Kickoff meeting we explain all the open points to get an accurate and clear understanding of the client, project planning and goal setting. We work collaboratively with key stakeholders to adopt the business processes.
Planning/Strategy
Our services focus on well-defined project planning and leave no stone unturned to avoid communication problems. We write down the way we operate, the way we define detailed technical specifications, design drafts and brand guidelines, and gain customer approval and document and material approval by well-defined information Architecture, high level messaging and wireframes.
UX/UI Design
Our work as a website design agency is led by the Principles of User Experience for Website Design. We evaluate each interaction from the end user’s point of view and conform accordingly. Your final deliverable is based on research, usability testing, interactive prototype, task analysis, concept validation, and persona development.
Development
At this stage, we are preparing the requirements for the development of API, network services and front-end, back-end. In addition to editing a strategy for the Agile Scrum methodology, we considered scalability, multitasking, third-party integration, and created a clean code structure optimized with the latest technologies. We make sure to participate and do customer reviews at every sprint/milestone.
Testing
We manually do each sprint testing, report bugs and add to the product backlog. After the bug fixing is complete, we provide the quality version and then the final sprint demo is submitted for customer approval. We made sure to run regression testing to ensure pre-approved milestones/sprints are working properly. Also, we do cross browsers testing, optimizing page speed and user testing.
Maintenance
Our work will not stop with development, we will go exclusively to our customers. Flexibly, we guarantee product improvements. We perform regular security checks, backup the code twice a month and keep the system up to date. In addition to the monthly system-wide test for incompatibilities or errors, we monitor the server load, traffic and optimize accordingly.
